About Company

The company has been established in July 2007 with the intent to provide consulting services to small and medium-sized companies and enterpreneurs.

The main guarantor of provided services is

Zdeněk Mlčoch, MBA, certified accounting  expert ,  who in the consultation activities implements its experience gained during the years 1993 – 2009 in    foreign  companies, where he held the position of financial manager. 

John Crane Sigma a.s.   1993-2002                                                          Chief accountant and later CFO, for the CZ and financial controller for CEE. British manufacturer of  mechanical  seals for pumps. Part of an international holding  SMITH Group plc  on the stock exchange in London. Responsibility for financial management of production and trade activities on CZ and CEE markets.

RIHO CZ a.s.    2002-2005                                               Financial manager for CEE. Dutch manufacturer of sanitary ware. Family owned holding operating in sanitary ware branch on Netherlands, German and CEE markets. Responsible for financial management of production and trade activities on CZ and CEE markets.

PSM International s.r.o.   2006-2008                                                       Project Finance manager for closing and liquidation of the company. British manufacturer of fasteners ( a member of McKechnie Group)for general engineering, automotive and electrical industry. Responsibility for financial management during closing of production , solving of not finished financial audits and tax returns a final liquidation of the company.

FERAMO Metallum International s.r.o.   2008-2009                           Financial manager of grey iron foundry, member of Spanish holding ACE Group, traded on the stock exchange in Warsaw. Responsible for financial management, implementation of IFRS after the acquisition of the company by foreign owner.
